Islanders will surely remember the sailboat that passed through the islands of Vanuatu as part of the relief efforts after Cyclone Pam. Larger than a traditional pirogue and equipped with a photovoltaic system, the sailboat bears the name of Okeanos. Built in New Zealand, it is currently based in Vanuatu. Last week, the crew invited Prime Minister Charlot Salwai and General Manager Jhonson Naviti to take a tour of the Port Vila Bay on board the sailboat.
