The Pacific GIS/RS User Conference runs over 4 days with over 60 presentations centered on GIS and Remote Sensing while day 5 is reserved for workshops and discussion.
It provides a platform where 3 types of participants being GIS/RS users from governments, utilities and private enterprises, scientists and researchers, GIS/RS companies providing hardware, software, data and other services meet and interact.
The Conference Committee are aware of the current travel restrictions due to Covid-19; however they are hopeful that by November they will be able to welcome attendees in Port Vila, Vanuatu. The Conference Committee remains dedicated to hosting and delivering a top quality event for the Pacific and guarantee that all safety measures in place at the current time will be enforced strictly.
