This report is the second in the annual series reporting on the progress of the implementation of major government policies including the Priorities and Action Agenda (PAA) and the Planning Long and Acting Short (PLAS).
It examines the performance indicators of the PAA and PLAS for how well they have been achieved.With the Advent of the Millenium Development Goals the last few years have seen increased focused on achieving the MDG targets. This report also reports on the achievement of the MDGs.
The report also serves as a monitoring mechanism that provides information that we believe will inform various stakeholders and donors on the progress made and the reforms undertaken to achieve national development objective.
